Online Process
Login to Your College Account from login link with your college/institute username-password. Once you are logged in follow following steps:
    Step-I: Download forms of Eligibility

  • Download the Appropriate eligibility form as per your requirement.
  • Print and distribute these forms to students.
  • Form fees of Rs. 50/- is applicable.
  • College should submit this form fees in separate D. D. to department.

  • Step-II: Download Excel Sheet

  • Download the Excel sheet
  • This is A Microsoft Excel file. You need to make data entry of students who are applying for eligibility; into this file only.
  • This is digitally signed and protected file. If you create similar file like this we will not be acceptable.
  • But you can create Multiple copies of this file as per your requirement.
  • Use separate files for Individual courses. (e.g. B.A. entries and B.Com. entries need to be in separate files). i.e. One file per course/per year.
  • You can create copies of these files( Use Save as or Copy-Paste) For different courses on your own .
  • Avoid using more than one file for same course irrespective of it's divisions. e.g. Use One file for all divisions of B.A. first Year.
  • Single file is limited to 500 student's data entry.
  • In Date entry Sheet there is Black Colored cell is available. Enter Course name here as B.A., B.Com. etc.
  • Never keep any blank cell i.e. first 16 columns for each entry should be filled with relevant data.
  • Never Keep Blank Rows in between consecutive data entry. Such files will not be accepted. (See Picture)

  • If you get #VALUE! in Sr. No. Column, then probably there is a blank row above .  (See Picture)
  • Wherever drop down list is provided use it.
  • First Entry is TEST entry which is in Yellow Color. Don't Touch it .
  • Serial Number is Auto incremental so don't bother about it.

  • Step-III: Fill intake capacity

  • After you finish data entry for excel sheet click on Fill intake capacity and make data entry for each course intake capacity without which excel sheet can not be uploaded.

  • Step-IV: Upload Excel Sheet

  • After you finish the data entry for your college upload the file to website. (This is something like attaching the file.)
  • Click on Read button to upload the file.
  • Wait till all the records are updated to website. Click on Save records.
  • If error happens to some records check that particular line for blank records.
  • Correct those records in excel sheet and re-upload.
