Annual Report Submission


The Principal Investigator needs to submit annual progress report of sanctioned project at the end of each financial year.

The release of funds as a second Installment will depend on quality as well as the performance of work done at first stage.

If research project is completed or two years tenure of project is finished; then Principle Investigator needs to submit final report.

The final report of research project should include
  • Technical Report along with conclusions (two hard bound copies) /and published, presented, accepted paper(s) (A soft copy)
  • Online Applications Printout
Important Dates
Process is online for whole year. Principle investigator can access annual report process any time from his account. Every Principal Investigator needs to submit the report on or before 31st march of current academic year.

Remember statement of accounts and utilization certificates are included with printout of online process

Online Procedure
  1. Please read the Circulars Section for Norms and Standerds
  2. Download the format of Online forms
  3. Login with your username and password
  4. Fill out all the necessary forms
  5. Please upload the soft copy of your research project report on the last form. This copy should in .doc, .docx , .PDF  format only. If your proposal is in non English please upload PDF soft copy only
  6. Make printout with print button provided on last form
  7. Post-online submission User has to get it duly signed by his/her department head or college principal. Also Signature of Charted Accountant  on Utilization Certificate is mandatory.
  8. Attach required enclosures. Don’t Forget about Hard copy of Annual Report.
  9. Please attach Innovation certificate with annual report.
  10. Submit this to OSD section, BCUD Pune University.
