Oral Presentation of Short Listed Proposals schedule

Dear Sir/Madam,

To improve the quality of research, Authorities have decided to arrange oral presentations for the short listed proposals of all the disciplines. The presentations will be held in the First or Second week of April, 2009. The detail schedule of the presentation will be displayed soon. The Proposals are classified into District wise - faculty wise

1. No TA/DA will be paid by the University however Parent institution can bare these expenses
2. The Principal Investigator will be given 5-7 minutes to present. It will be an Oral Presentation (preferably PPT).
3. The presentation should include the following -
• Standing of PI in the field of Research
• Aims and Objectives of the Project
• Relevance of the filed at National / International Level
• Methodology
• Equipment Required (tentative Budget for the same)
• Recurring Expenses required (e.g. Travel, Consumables, field trips any etc.)
• Total Budget cost
• Outcome of the Project.
4. The Principal Investigator should be:
   • approved teacher of University of Pune and he should be confirmed teacher at the college.
   • below 57 years of age at the time of applying.
   If any Principal Investigator does not fit into the above criteria, he is requested to inform the Director, BCUD.
5. The Research Committee expects that the Principal Investigator should guide at least two students for Avishkar Research Project Competition.
6. The effective period for Research Proposal will be from 1st April to 31st March.
